What we do
We are an enquiry and connection service. We pass your request to independent operators. We do not run recovery vehicles.
Quotes
Prices and availability are confirmed by the operator. A message is not a booking. Before work starts you should know who the operator is, what the job is, the price and any extra charges.
The operator
The operator is responsible for their vehicle, staff, insurance, licences and the work itself. Ask them anything you are unsure about before you accept.
Your information
Please be accurate about location, vehicle and access, and mention hazards, height limits or damage.
Emergencies
If you are in danger or blocking a live lane, contact the emergency services or the roadside authority first.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page is the current one.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
