To reply to you, check availability and get a quote from independent operators, and to keep basic records of enquiries.
Who we share it with
Independent operators, only what they need to quote. WhatsApp (Meta) also processes your messages under its own terms. Please don’t send card details or passwords in a message.
How long we keep it
Only as long as needed for customer service, our records and legal duties.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers.
Recovery operators
If you apply to work with us, we keep your business details, contact details, the areas and vehicles you cover, and copies of the insurance documents you send. We use them to decide whether to pass you work, to check your cover is current and to contact you about jobs.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email arkutism@gmail.com and we will reply. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
