How it works

1. A driver or garage asks us for recovery and tells us the location, vehicle and problem.
2. We message you the details on WhatsApp.
3. You reply with your price and arrival time, or say no. There is no penalty for saying no.
4. The customer sees your price and accepts or declines. If they accept, you do the job.

What it costs you

Nothing to join and no monthly fee. We will never charge you anything without agreeing it with you in writing first.

What we ask for

Before we pass you any work we need your business details, copies of current insurance (road risk for hire and reward, goods in transit and public liability), the vehicles and equipment you run, and the areas and hours you cover. We note expiry dates and ask for renewals, so customers can trust everyone we work with.

What we are working on

An operator app where jobs that match your area, hours and equipment are offered to you automatically, the customer’s card is secured before you set off, and payment goes straight to your bank. Operators who join now will be the first to use it.
